The bodybuffer has been an added bonus for my personal training clients. I have used it on a few but especially on a specific client who has chronic piriformis syndrome and is an avid tennis player. We have been using it post workout, and she absolutely loves the relief she feels. I also have been using it periodically after my long runs. I have been having some leg cramps from the heat and I've been worn out a bit from too much exercise and chasing after my little ones.
